EVENT COORDINATION & MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Euphoric Events are the support crew you need on your event day to ensure that every plan you have made and moment you have imagined, is perfect, and executed without you having to lift a finger. Having the support of our Event Managers, Coordinators and Event Crew leaves you free to enjoy the moment. Instead of liaising with your Vendors, setting up tables and rushing around. We will make your event seamless and enjoyable.
We specialise in working with clients and couples who want to be hands-on when it comes to the design and planning of their event, but don’t want their day to be consumed by all the work involved in making it happen. Our crew will take the time to understand your event and requirements so as to ensure every detail is taken care of, how you intended it to be.
We can be involved as much or as little as you like, allowing you to choose a level of service that suits you.
On the Day Coordination is our signature service offering and is designed for the client who has planned and designed their event but want the support of a professional in the weeks leading up to the event and someone to be there on the day to oversee every detail. Our experience and knowledge on the day will be invaluable to you/your company and allow you to enjoy every moment of the event.
This package includes an in-depth consultation 4-6 weeks prior to your event and a site-inspection. You will also receive on-going email support, a detailed Run-Sheet and Contact List as well as gathering together all documentation for you in a neat package. We manage your Vendors from a month prior up until and on the day itself. We will be there on the day for as long as you require to support you and any of your needs to ensure the event goes off without a hitch.
STYLING, SET-UP & PACK-DOWN
This package is customised to suit the needs of each of our clients; whether you have designed your event down to the last detail, or need some help stringing your ideas together. We can assist with concept development, sourcing of products and will be there on the day to pull the design together and execute it perfectly.
Like with our Coordination package we take the time to understand exactly what your needs are. We also offer a Set-Up and Pack-Down service which means you get to enjoy your time before and after the event.
We are also able to step in and just set up and pack down for you if you wish. This is particularly useful if your venue doesn’t have an event time to assist you or if you have a lot of hire/DIY items to bump-in and out. We can even collect and return these items to save you the effort!
DREAM TEAM CREATION
Perhaps you want to plan your own event but are finding all of the options over-whelming and the whole process to be very time consuming. Why not take advantage of our knowledge and connections to curate the best team of vendors and even recommend Venues for you to consider. All of this will save you countless hours of research. First off we will ask you all of the important questions around your vision for the event and desired budget. From there we will do the legwork and come back to you with a list of vendors and referrals for you to make an informed decision/s for your event.
